· The successful candidate should be computer literate

· Administrative experience would be an advantage.

· Interest and Knowledge of Stock control is advantageous, however not essential as all training will be provided.

· Experience with MPSI would be a bonus

· The successful candidate should have excellent attention to detail, be self-motivated and have the ability to work on their own initiative

· Good organisational skills with ability to multi task

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Duties will include:

· Stock Control/Inventory Admin

· Coordinate regular inventory checks

· Regular compiling of reports

· Handling administrative requests and queries from Compliance manager

· Coordinate stock accuracy checks throughout the supply chain process

· Manage and maintain files and paperwork


· Experience Dependant

Working Hours:

· Full time position

· Monday – Friday mainly, however weekends may be required based on needs of the

business/stock takes etc.

· Flexible office Hours


· Travel:

· May be required for Training purposes
