The Mr.Price Returns policy is..........

- RETURNS POLICY – Product Purchased Online

  • How to return an item purchased on mrprice.ie.
    • Items can be returned via Post 
      • Returns should be sent to Unit 111, Mr.Price, The Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, Dublin.
      • Please include your contact information, the reason for returning the item and if you would like an exchange or refund. 
      • We strongly recommend the item be returned via registered post as you remain responsible for the item until it is received in store. We accept no responsibility for returns missing in the post.
      • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods.
        .
      • Goods must be in good condition, not worn or used and in their original packaging. We will arrange an exchange or refund for you if the product is recieved in good condition.
        • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returns.
        • Refunds on web orders will be refunded to the payment card. No refunds will be processed in store. 
    • Items can be returned directly to our Blanchardstown Store.
      • Please bring a copy of your order confirmation if you are returning the product to the store. 
      • At this time website returns will not be accepted in any other Mr.Price store.
    • If you wish to exchange the product for a different item, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

 - RETURNS POLICY – Product Purchased in Store (excluding Communion & Christening Garments)

  • What is MrPrice’ return policy?
      • Yes, We Mr.Price offer (at the sole discretion of the store manager) an exchange or refund on unopened items returned within 7 days of purchase. The item must be returned with a valid proof of purchase and in its original condition. For health and hygiene reasons, food , jewellery, liquids, underwear, swimwear and other items from time to time are excluded. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
  • Can I return an unopened product after the 7 day return period has expired?
    • This will be at the sole discretion of the manager of the store from which the product was purchased. Please contact the store manager directly.  All our store telephone numbers can be located by visiting our store contact.
  • Does the product have to be returned to the same MrPrice store from which it was purchased in order to receive a refund or exchange or can it be returned to any store?
    • You can return the product(s) to any MrPrice store.
  • The product I purchased is faulty, what can I do?
    • Please take the product with your valid till receipt or other proof of purchase to your nearest MrPrice store, for the attention of the Store Manager who will be able to assist your further.
