We are always on the lookout for new premises across the country. We occupy a variety of different locations at present, but ideally the site would have a sales area of around 8,000 to 10,000 sq. ft. We expect the premises to be in a good condition, well-serviced, easily accessible and consumer friendly so that we can deliver the high standard of customer service that Mr. Price prides itself on.
What do you as a Landlord get in return?
The arrival of Mr. Price into an area is good for local business. The footfall which our huge savings generate is good for the traders in the area. This is a story which has been replicated across the country in the stores we have opened to date. We are an excellent tenant. We have dedicated Maintenance and Security teams who ensure the upkeep of the premises and safeguard it from damage. We are the tenant of some notable landlords, who will vouch for us as the ideal tenant.
