Dublin Head Office Positions

General Administrator

Supporting the Property and Maintenance team on a daily and ongoing basis.

Key responsibilities will include -

  • Administrative duties, running the email for any issues, taking phone calls, compiling reports using MS excel, collecting post, maintaining department schedules.
  • Attend Property Team Meetings.
  • Book accommodation for the property team.
  • Book contractors and monitor expenses and cost.
  • Liaise with the stores and maintenance team in relation to works and dates.
  • Follow up on work to ensure it has been completed.
  • Liaise with tenants and property team on property issues.

    The desirable candidate will:
  • Have experience in an administrative role.
  • Be proficient in MS office.
  • Be motivated and hard working.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Have effective time management and multi-tasking skills.

Merchandising Team
