Security Administrator

Responsibilities:

· Providing administrative support to Security Manager and Loss Prevention Manager on a daily basis.

· Compiling daily weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports for use of Security and Loss Prevention departments.

· Liaising with store personnel and providing administrative support to stores where needed.

· Liaising with various contractors and external security personnel on various queries and tasks needed.

· Multi-departmental communication.

Skills profile:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organisation and administrative skills.

· Experience using MS Word and Excel.

· Excellent understanding of the importance of best practice and security awareness are essential.

Merchandising Team

Merchandising team are responsible for laying out and setting up our brand new stores. 

Will need to travel around the country, own vehicle needed, accommodation & travel expenses covered. 

Staff Welfare Coordinator 

The successful candidate will work closely with the Human Resource manager to make our staff force the happiest they can be.

  • Develop programmes designed to improve the quality of life of staff members within the organisation.
  • Monitors environmental factors that could lead to an unhealthy life style.
  • Increases staff awareness and information about social and recreational opportunities available to them.
  • Organise social work-related events. Professionalism is key - especially in initiating and encouraging participation in welfare/social activities.
  • Developing links with local resources as appropriate.
  • Acts as a non-clinical counselling resource to any staff member within the business by manning our anonymous confidential staff welfare line.
  • Along with performing other duties as assigned.

Skills needed -

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
  • Good level of IT literacy; Experience using MS Word and Excel.
  • Flexible and resilient with good problem-solving skills;
  • Willingness, reliability, attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience in HR would be an advantage.
