Property Support Administrator -Team Leader

Key responsibilities will include –

  • Administrative duties, running the email for any issues, taking phone calls, compiling reports using MS excel, collecting post, maintaining department schedules.
  • Attend Property Team Meetings.
  • Book accommodation for the property team.
  • Book contractors and monitor expenses and cost.
  • Liaise with the stores and maintenance team in relation to works and dates.
  • Follow up on work to ensure it has been completed.
  • Liaise with tenants and property team on property issues.
  • Lead the property support team and assign duties.

The desirable candidate will:

  • Have experience in an administrative role.
  • Be proficient in MS office.
  • Be motivated and hard working.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Have effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience in a team lead/property background role will be a distinct advantage

Buying Administrator

Responsibilities include:

• Placing and following up on orders for Mr. Price Stores 
• Purchasing of stock
• Administration of orders 
• Monitoring stock levels
• Monitoring sales figures 
• Investigation stock anomalies
• Reviewing competitors offerings and price positioning
• Helping to assess the current pricing and margin performance
• Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing 
• Supporting the Buying Manager


Skill Requirments:

• Good IT skills – Word, Excel etc.
• Excellent administration skills 
• Excellent organisational skills 
• Motivated and enthusiastic 
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Capable of working on their own initiative

Logistics Administrator 

Our Logistics Department is responsible for the smooth delivery of all stock available in Mr. Price stores nationwide.

The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for the forward planning of deliveries to all 36 stores and other sites, liaising with various suppliers & transport companies on a daily basis, and completing administrative tasks (on Word & Excel), while sticking to set deadlines every day.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • General Admin such as answering phones & emails.
  • Booking in deliveries.
  • Compiling information such as undelivered stock, deliveries to go out, consignments & splits.
  • Forward planning.
  • Weekly reports.
  • Organizing collections & negotiating best rates.
  • Ad-hoc duties to suit the needs of the business.

Essential skills include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and admin skills.
  • Outstanding telephone & email communication manner.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Word.

Maintenance Operative

Mr.Price are currently recruiting for new members of the Maintenance team. The maintenance team are a core part of our business and are required to travel to different stores around the country doing general maintenance work and helping with the preparation of new stores. 

The ideal candidate will have a background in Maintenance and a safepass.
