Buying Administrator

Responsibilities include:

• Placing and following up on orders for Mr. Price Stores 
• Purchasing of stock
• Administration of orders 
• Monitoring stock levels
• Monitoring sales figures 
• Investigation stock anomalies
• Reviewing competitors offerings and price positioning
• Helping to assess the current pricing and margin performance
• Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing 
• Supporting the Buying Manager

 

Skill Requirments:

• Good IT skills – Word, Excel etc.
• Excellent administration skills 
• Excellent organisational skills 
• Motivated and enthusiastic 
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Capable of working on their own initiative 
• Good team and communication skills
• Knowledge of Retail / FMCG would be an advantage

Merchandising Team

Merchandising team are responsible for laying out and setting up our brand new stores. 

Will need to travel around the country, own vehicle needed, accommodation & travel expenses covered. 

EPOS Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up new items and suppliers.
  • Setting up and monitoring promotions.
  • Managing price promotions and price changes.
  • Compiling weekly reports and sending to deadline.
  • Liaising with stores and providing administrative support where needed.
  • Ad Hoc duties where required.
Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good level of IT literacy; Experience using MS Word and Excel.
