Merchandising Team

Merchandising team are responsible for laying out and setting up our brand new stores. 

Will need to travel around the country, own vehicle needed, accommodation & travel expenses covered. 

Buying Admin 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • General Admin such as answering phones, arranging meetings & email maintenance.
  • Assisting the Buying Manager as needed.
  • Compiling information from SOs, raising POs, amending changes, updating stock lists.
  • Ad-hoc duties to suit the needs of the business.

Essential skills include Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization and admin skills, good telephone and electronic communication skills, good knowledge of Excel and Word, along with the ability to multi-task on a daily basis, and use initiative.

Logistics Admin 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • General Admin such as answering phones & emails.
  • Booking in deliveries.
  • Compiling information such as undelivered stock, deliveries to go out, consignments & splits.
  • Forward planning.
  • Weekly reports.
  • Organising collections & negotiating best rates.
  • Ad-hoc duties to suit the needs of the business.

Essential skills include: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization and admin skills, good telephone and electronic communication skills, good knowledge of Excel and Word along with the ability to multi-task on a daily basis and use initiative.

Legal Administrator

The successful candidate will assist the Legal Director with all administrative tasks. Job Description:

· Reading commercial property leases and associated documents such as agreements for lease / side letters / deeds of variation;

· Entering the key information onto a central property database;

· Improvement and management of our property filing system;

· Improvement and management of our insurance filing system;

· Researching legal or practical solutions to issues as they arise;

· General administrative and ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

· Previous administrative experience, preferably within a professional services environment;

· An ability to interrogate and interpret lengthy legal documents is essential (training and guidance will be given);

· Ability to communicate at all levels with strong organisational skills;

· Flexible and resilient with good problem-solving skills;

· Good level of literacy and numeracy;

· Good level of IT literacy;

· Willingness, reliability, attention to detail and accuracy.
